Ciman is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. Through her experience working in non profit organizations, Ciman has supported the engagement and service delivery of programs relating to sustainability and climate change mitigation, both internationally and abroad. She is an advocate for BIPOC communities, and is committed to applying principles of equity and inclusion, anti-oppression, and anti racism in her professional and personal life.
