Arthur Zhang holds a Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia in the resources, sustainability and energy policy stream. His studies have focused on the developments of domestic and international climate policies, GHG inventories, and climate justice. He has previously worked in Environment and Climate Change Canada as a Junior Policy Analyst, within the methodologies and evaluations division under the Low Carbon Economy Fund.
