Anne-Josée Laquerre is the Executive Director and Co-founder of Québec Net Positif (QNP), an independent, non-profit transition transition accelerator and think tank dedicated to accelerating the transformation toward a low-carbon, net-positive economy. QNP’s mission is to create the right conditions for SMEs to implement climate actions while seizing new business opportunities. Ms Laquerre leads this non-profit organization after more than 25 years of experience in public relations and corporate social responsibility with major companies such as Aimia, Bombardier Aerospace, Merck Frosst, FPInnovations (Paprican), Domtar, and Noranda. She has also worked as a consultant with Millani and Maillon Vert.

Recipient of a Clean50 2020 Award and accredited in public relations (APR), Ms Laquerre holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. She also completed an executive program at Harvard University, Aligning Sustainability with Business Performance, and is a scholarship recipient for the Diversity on Boards program at The Directors College, funded by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.
