Viviane Gauer

Viviane Gauer is a climate policy researcher with experience in climate adaptation, clean transportation policy, and mixed-method research. Viviane has collaborated with Indigenous organizations, public and private sector partners, and NGOs to provide evidence-based recommendations for community resilience, low-carbon technology adoption, and transport sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University, with an undergraduate background in Social Sciences. Viviane grew up in Southern Brazil and lives in Syilx Okanagan territory in Kelowna, BC.
