Zoe Larkin has a background in climate change mitigation, carbon pricing, buildings decarbonisation, and international climate finance policy. She has worked across government and the private sector. Prior to joining the Canadian Climate Institute, Zoe was working in the UK Civil Service as a Strategy Lead in London, England.

Zoe holds a MSc in Climate Change from Birkbeck, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
