This image shows that Indigenous people disproportionately live in homes in disrepair. That's the case for 5.7% of the non-indigenous Canadian population, 10% of the métis population, 19.7% of the First Nations population and 26.2% of the Inuit population.

This image shows that poor housing contributes to a range of health issues: nutritional deficiencies, respiratory diseases, hypothermia and heat-related illnesses, mental health disorders, sleep disruption, infectious diseases and increased risk of injury.
