Caroline Larrivee holds a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Montreal. She has worked as a land use planner in the private sector, for academic institutions and for the Kativik Regional Government. In this capacity, she has collaborated on research projects on the impacts of climate change on northern communities. 

With Ouranos since 2006, first as a specialist in impacts and adaptation, and then as coordinator of research programs on northern and urban environments, Ms Larrivée became Director of Scientific Programming in 2019.
