David Morley

David Morley is the Toronto-based Vice President, National Strategy and Government Relations with Pomerleau, a fast-growing Canadian infrastructure company recognized for delivering innovative and sustainable projects. He is focused on modernizing infrastructure partnerships, policies and projects by working directly with public sector and industry leaders. He is a member of the senior management advisory committee on Environment, Sustainability and Governance. He currently co-chairs the Future Infrastructure Group, co-chairs the Ontario Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Council and serves as vice-chair of Skills Ontario. Mr Morley’s 20-year track-record in the public sector includes senior leadership roles with the Canada Infrastructure Bank and Infrastructure Ontario where he was responsible for corporate affairs, policy, communications and industry relations. Mr Morley has a master’s degree in public administration and received awards for public service from the governments of Manitoba and Canada. He participated in leadership programs sponsored by the US State Department and UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the 2017 Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
