Katherine is a Senior Fellow with the Canadian Climate Institute, advising on international climate policy. Her experience spans government, academia, and Canadian and international consultancies, with a focus on policy and economic analysis related to carbon markets, emissions abatement, and the transition to a low-carbon economy. She holds an MA in Economics from the University of Victoria and a Fellowship in Global Journalism from the University of Toronto.
