Tracy has been breaking glass ceilings and blazing new trails in the nuclear industry for over thirty years.  As a corporate director she brings this experience with her as a current member of the Ontario Power Generation Board, the United College Board of Governors WiN Canada and the Ingenium Board of Trustees.  She is also the Founder and Principal of Agile Bear.

She is a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation and strives to use the Seven Grandfather Teachings in her leadership.
